Ithika is a 2008 OSB Approved Trakehner bay filly. She was the last foal born by the late stallion Troy out of our former 2004 Marine, IL inspection reserve champion mare Ilmy vom Castell, who achieved an overall score of 55.
She is registered with the American Trakehner Association and was presented for voluntary inspection marks in September 2009, receiving scores of 8,7,8. The inspector's comments included "...harmonious - nice long lines...feminine expression...nice elastic, ground covering mover."
Ithika is a very personable, loving filly that loves to be around people of all ages. She stands for the farrier like a princess and is easy to load in the trailer and bathe in the wash stall. Very easy going out in the pasture. She is now a beautiful five year old with an elegant trot and powerful canter. She has been started under saddle in Dressage.
